The Network meets at regular intervals, at least twice a year, under the joint chairmanship of the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry for the Environment, Land and Sea.

The meetings offer the opportunity to submit the investigations of the Working Groups, disseminate best practices, and suggest in-depth thematic studies. Besides, they are also the occasion to adopt the yearly Action Plan, which lays down the objectives to be attained by the Network during the year, and the mandate of the Working Groups.
